Production & Manufacturing Policy

All services provided by SOFI Enterprises Inc. are custom, made-to-order manufacturing services.

1. Custom Production

All production is executed based on client-supplied specifications or approved samples.

2. Acknowledged Variations

Client acknowledges that color variation, texture differences, and finishing characteristics are inherent in textile manufacturing.

3. Sampling & Approval

Pre-production sampling or strike-offs may be required.
Final approval responsibility rests solely with the client.

4. No Cancellations or Refunds

Once production has commenced, orders may not be canceled, modified, or refunded.

5. No End-Use Liability

SOFI is not responsible for resale performance, garment construction, or end-consumer use.
