These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of this website and all inquiries, communications, quotations, and services provided by SOFI Enterprises Inc. (“SOFI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By submitting an inquiry or engaging with SOFI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business-to-Business Services Only

SOFI operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) textile supplier and manufacturing service provider.

SOFI does not offer retail sales, consumer services, hobby projects, or personal-use orders.

You represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity.

2. No Offer or Contract Formation

Submission of any inquiry does not constitute an offer, acceptance, contract, or obligation.
Any agreement becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by SOFI.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are non-binding, subject to change, and valid only for the stated time period.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, SOFI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any liability shall be limited to the value of services expressly agreed to in writing.

5. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Venue shall be exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.

6. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California.
Class actions are waived.

7. Modifications

SOFI may update these Terms at any time.
