Pigment Printing
Production-ready digital printing for natural and blended fabrics used in apparel manufacturing.
Pigment printing is ideal for brands requiring consistent color control, soft hand feel, and scalable production without committing to offshore minimums.

Sublimation Printing
For polyester-based production fabrics
Sublimation printing permanently embeds ink into polyester fibers, creating durable, wash-fast prints designed for performance and uniform applications.
This method is intended for controlled production runs where color vibrancy, durability, and repeatability are required.

Best For:

Sublimation printing is compatible only with polyester or polymer-coated substrates. Natural fibers such as cotton, linen, silk, or wool are not compatible.

Cotton
Suitable for pigment printing only.
Color appearance, hand feel, and wash performance vary based on fabric construction, weight, and finishing. Pre-production testing and strike-off approval are required.
Rayon
Compatible with pigment printing.
Rayon fibers may exhibit variation in color saturation and stability. Not recommended for applications requiring high abrasion resistance or heavy washing without prior testing.
Linen
Compatible with pigment printing.
Natural texture, slubs, and weave variation are inherent characteristics of linen and will affect print appearance. Such variations are considered normal and not defects.
Viscose
Compatible with pigment printing.
Fiber sensitivity may impact color durability and wash performance. Customer testing and approval are required prior to production runs
Polyester
Compatible with sublimation printing only.
Not suitable for pigment printing unless explicitly approved. Sublimation produces permanent, embedded prints with no hand feel.
Poplin (Cotton or Cotton-Blend)
Compatible with pigment printing.
Tight weave allows for clean print detail but may result in lighter color saturation compared to heavier fabrics. Final appearance depends on fiber content and finishing. Strike-off approval is required.
Canvas (Cotton or Cotton-Blend)
Compatible with pigment printing.
Heavier fabric weight results in a firmer hand feel and more muted color appearance. Print results vary based on weave and finishing.
Polyester Jersey
Compatible with sublimation printing only.
Commonly used for activewear and performance applications. Produces vibrant, permanent prints with no surface hand.
Poly Interlock / Performance Knits
Compatible with sublimation printing only.
Stable knit construction supports consistent print results and repeatability across production runs.
